Creta Suites - Koutsounari

I had an excellent stay in this very nice hotel. Clean and spacious suite. Nice decoration. Convenient amenities like a safebox, kitchenette, refrigerator, and microwave. Delicious breakfast with many choices. Great facilities including a fitness center, business center, massage, and hot tub. Relaxing poolside area with sunbeds and umbrellas. Free parking. Friendly staff.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel had well equiped apartments,confortable and with really resonable prices. Very easy to make friends at it, for adults and kids. Nice mountain view from the yard and sea view from most apartments(you can request for this). Do not expect a super design ,modern and new hotel, but a clean offering more than what you expect for its price. Go swimming to kakus bay, 1-2 km far and visit the city for raki(7 km far). The best place to stay with your family for long term,if you prefer apartments .The rooms are spacious with big balconies.

Probably the way to the beach is quite long

I had the most amazing time at this hotel! The location was absolutely stunning, situated on a hillside with glorious views of the beach. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. I loved that it had a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator, making my stay even more comfortable. The hotel also had fantastic amenities, including a fitness center, hot tub, and a poolside snack bar. The pool area was lovely, with sun loungers and umbrellas where I could relax and soak up the sun. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I can't wait to come back next year with my friends and enjoy everything this place has to offer.

This hotel is highly recommended for families as well, thanks to its excellent services and facilities.

Pleasant atmosphere, with good cuisine and peaceful swimming pool. Nice view from hotel to Libyan sea and the long beach of Kotsunari. Suites are pleasantly furnished, kitchen is full with all tools and cutlery. (Even found a garlic crasher). You can comfortably live in the suites. Reception personnel helpful (although we did not need much help since all was good). Very presently surprised with what we received for price paid (it was a flash deal). Highly recommended!

Very large rooms with 2 ACs. Exceptional value for money.

It should not be regarded as a 4 Star hotel. It is more like a 3 Star hotel.

Great sea view, quiet location Our room had a great view of the sea and was very quiet. The hotel was located in a good spot and had easy access to the beach. The restaurant staff was friendly and the food was good.

Uncomfortable beds, poor customer service Unfortunately, the beds were very uncomfortable which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Customer service was lacking and we had some issues with billing that were not resolved in a timely manner. we were disappointed with our experience and would not recommend this hotel.

We had to pay for the jacuzzi and safe box key - wonder what else came with a price. Linens are changed once per week - or you can pay to have them done.

rooms could be cleaner

Located near one of the best beaches, it's a great place to stay for a summer vacation. With options for food and drinks nearby, you won't go hungry. the spacious apartments are clean and have modern amenities like a microwave and toaster. the staff is attentive, and services are great with gentle housekeeping.

The gym equipment is outdated, and the hotel needs to revamp the pool area to make it more appealing and comfortable.

It was ideal base for us to explore South and East of Crete by car. The hotel was very comfortable and cheap, beautiful view from the balcony, nice swimming pool area etc. Exactly what we needed.

There were some problems with water but they were solved rather fast.

Quiet place, a lot of facilities, friendly people

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, and amazing views from being on a hill. I enjoyed the hot tub and fitness center, and the parking was convenient. The location on the south coast of Crete was a refreshing change from the usual overcrowded hotel areas near the beaches. The staff was friendly and made me feel at home.

Spacious room with clean bathroom and towels. the room had a microwave and a toaster. Staff was friendly and informative about the area. the hotel offered BBQ facilities and a snack bar. Great view of the ocean from the huge balcony.

You need a car to get around the area, and there weren't many dining options. the road to the beach was not well lit, and it took 20 minutes to get there.

A large room, large bathroom, nice shower with adequate showercurtain. Airconditioning included. Very nice price: Flash deal!

The smell in the bathroom was horrible. It had probably not been used for some time.
